At SAS Enterprise, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes a shoe just doesn’t fit right. That’s why we offer a straightforward exchange policy for shoe size.
How long do I have to request an exchange?
We offer an exchange for shoe size only within 2 to 3 working days of you receiving your delivery.
Please Note: We do not offer exchanges for different designs or colors.
Conditions for Exchange
To be eligible for a size exchange, please ensure the following conditions are met:

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and without any flaws. You can, of course, try the shoes on to check the fit.

The product must be returned in its original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

The exchange request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
What if I lose the money receipt, invoice, or tags?
Unfortunately, we cannot process an exchange if the original money receipt, invoice, or tags are missing. Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.
How to Exchange Your Product
For Online Purchases:
You have two options to exchange your product:

In-Person Exchange: You can visit our warehouse to exchange the product within 3 days of the delivery date.

Courier Exchange: You can send the product back to our Service Center using a courier service of your choice. Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will contact you to arrange the shipment of your new size.
Please Note: If there is an issue from our side (e.g., we sent the wrong size or a faulty product), we will cover the cost of the return and exchange shipping. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for bearing the return shipping expenses.
Valid Reasons for a Return or Exchange=
We will gladly accept a return or exchange for the following reasons:

Damaged or Defective Product: If the product you received is physically damaged, broken, or defective upon arrival.

Incorrect or Incomplete Product: If you received a product that is different from what you ordered on our website or if it is missing any parts.

Size Mismatch: If the shoe size you received does not fit.
Reasons Not Considered Valid for a Return
We will not be able to accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

You no longer have a use for the product.

You have changed your mind about the purchase after the order has been confirmed and dispatched.
